An NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) assessment refers to an evaluation process used to understand an individual's thought patterns, communication style, and behavior. It is often used in coaching, therapy, personal development, and even business settings to identify limiting beliefs, cognitive biases, and ways to improve communication and performance.
Types of NLP Assessments:

3). Limiting Beliefs and Mindset Blocks – Assesses negative thought patterns that might hold someone back.
