A Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training is a structured program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health condition. The training is typically delivered over two days (12–14 hours) in person or through blended online sessions.

5. Family members and friends of individuals with mental health challenges

Certification & Accreditation
Participants will receive a certificate of completion, valid for three years, after successfully finishing the training.
